Terms of service, minus the legalese
The deal between you and Good Vibes Adventure when you book with us — deposits, cancellations, and what happens when weather misbehaves. Last updated January 2026.
Quotes, holds and the fine print that isn't
Every quote is free and valid for 14 days. Nothing is locked in until you say yes and the deposit lands.
Quotes
Written, itemised and fixed for 14 days. After that, prices get rechecked — supplier rates move.
Deposits
20% of the trip price holds everything. Fully refundable for 7 days if you change your mind fast.
Balance
Due 30 days before departure. We send reminders — you won't get surprise-charged.
Date changes
One free move up to 21 days out. Further changes are possible — supplier fees get passed through at cost.
The refund ladder — no fine print
Life happens. Here's exactly what comes back depending on when you cancel.
Weather & force majeure
If a supplier cancels (cyclone, closure, strike), you choose: an equal-value swap, a credit, or a refund for that part.
60+ days out
Full refund of everything paid, minus a $60 admin fee. Simple.
30–59 days out
Most suppliers release us this far out, so most of your money comes back.
14–29 days out
Half back. Some stays are already committed at this point — we argue, but they don't always budge.
Under 14 days
Non-refundable — but we'll always try to resell your spot, and if we do, you get it back minus fees.
Conduct — the short version
We're relaxed, not reckless. A few rules keep the group experience good for everyone.
- Respect guides, suppliers and your fellow travellers
- Illegal activity ends the trip on the spot, no refund
- Follow safety briefings — especially on the reef and in the desert
Gaming & alcohol parts
Casino floors and licensed venues on our routes are strictly 18+. ID is checked at the door — if you're under 18, we'll always have a non-gaming alternative planned.
Responsible-play rules apply at every venue. Details and support contacts are on our casino hotels and casino events pages.
Where our responsibility ends
We plan and coordinate; licensed operators run the activities. Here's the honest split.
- We're responsible for the planning, bookings and on-trip support we promise
- Third-party operators carry their own licences and insurance — we check both
- Travel insurance is required on every multi-day trip — no exceptions
- Personal gear and pre-existing conditions are yours to cover
The website rules nobody reads
Short version: browse freely, don't scrape us, don't republish our copy.
Browsing
Everything here is for personal use. Prices shown are from-prices and can shift until quoted.
Scraping
Automated copying of routes, prices or reviews isn't on. Ask us — we've shared data with researchers before.
Content
Our text and photos are ours or licensed. Quoting a line with a link back is fine; wholesale republishing isn't.
External links
We link out to maps, help services and suppliers. Their sites, their rules — we can't vouch for every page.
When these terms change
Existing bookings keep the terms you agreed to — changes only apply to new ones. Questions about any of this? Ask before you book.
