How a night runs

Show up sharp, we do the rest

1

Entry, table assignment and dinner booking confirmed before you fly in.

2

Dress code sorted

We send the venue's exact rules plus a cheat sheet. Nobody gets turned away on our watch.

3

Morning after covered

Late checkout and a proper breakfast are part of every event package we sell.

Strictly adults-only events

All casino gaming areas and casino event nights are restricted to guests aged 18 and over. Photo ID is checked at entry — no ID, no entry, and we can't argue with security on your behalf.

Play smart on the night

  • Fix a spend limit before the first hand and stick to it — wins or not.
  • Pace the drinks; tired or tipsy decisions at a table are rarely good ones.
  • Take breaks between sessions — every venue has lounges away from the floor.
  • Self-exclusion and cooling-off options exist at every venue we work with — use them without embarrassment.

From the guest list

Nights people still talk about

Post-event feedback from travellers who booked casino seats through us.

"Made the final eight at the Harbour Championship. Didn't win, but the Sunday table by the water was the coolest game of my life."

Adam F. · Poker Championship

"NYE at Coral Crown — dinner, fireworks, a ridiculous dessert tower. Worth every cent and the hangover."

Bec & Sarah L. · NYE Gala

"Whisky Night was small and perfectly run — learned more about drams in three hours than in ten years of pubs."

Oscar H. · Melbourne

Before the night

The unwritten casino rules, written down

First casino night? Here's the etiquette crash course we send every traveller — so you walk in like you belong there.

Ask us anything

Dress the part

Smart casual minimum; galas are black-tie. When in doubt, overdress — it always lands.

Hands off the cards

Dealers handle cards on most tables — touching them mid-hand is the classic rookie tell.

Tip like a local

Not mandatory in Australia, but a small tip after a good run is appreciated and remembered.

Phones away at tables

Most venues ban phones at the felt. Step back a metre for photos — staff will point the spot.

Event FAQ

Casino event questions, answered straight

From buy-ins to plus-ones — the stuff people DM us about the night before.

Need a room too?

Every event pairs with a partner property — see the hotel list and we'll package them together.

Plan the full night

The Harbour Championship has amateur tables and a rules briefing. The gala and whisky nights need zero experience at all — just show up.

Yes — every event has spectator or dinner-only tickets at a lower price. Non-players still need to be 18+ to enter the venue.

Entry, the listed food and drink package, and your seat reservation. Table spend is always separate and always your own call.

We hold a small allocation on each event until six weeks out. After that we can usually find a waitlist spot — ask us before assuming it's gone.
